Blackline was selected through a competitive bid process to complete the tenant buildout of this 12,000 SF plasma donation clinic in Austin, TX. The new building shell was provided by others, at which point Blackline assumed control of the site and installed all aspects of the interior finishes and mechanical/electrical/plumbing systems. The project was completed on a 120 day schedule, and the tenant immediately began providing services to the community.
