Blackline was selected through a competitive bid process to complete the tenant buildout and associated sitework for this 9,900 SF plasma donation clinic in Round Rock, TX. The existing building shell had not previously been built out, but much of the foundation was removed and replaced to allow for a new underslab sanitary sewer system. Additionally, all site utilities were replaced to accommodate for the heightened needs of the clinic. Following the addition of structural framing to support the rooftop mechanical equipment, Blackline completed the turn-key installation of all interior finishes and MEP systems to support the collection and storage capabilities of this CSL location.
