This project included the full renovation to the site, exterior, and interior of an existing 6,000 SF medical facility. Construction consisted of the selective demo of site paving, roofing, and exterior finishes, along with the complete removal of all interior building finishes and infrastructure. Partial replacement of the foundation followed to allow for new underslab sanitary piping. New interior framing, MEP systems, and finishes were then installed along with replacement of much of the exterior site utilities, paving, roofing, and building finishes. The new facility is unrecognizable and is now providing the local community with dialysis home training services for patients suffering from chronic renal failure.
