Blackline provided design-build services for this two- story mixed-use office building. The 3,500 SF space includes ten offices, two file storage areas, three restrooms, kitchen area, and conference room. The clean interior finishes along with high ceilings throughout provide a spacious and modern working environment. Offices on the second floor have a view of the gulf, and the exterior vertical siding, cedar porches, and metal roof compliment the coastal theme.
