Blackline was awarded a fixed-price contract to provide this 8,000 square foot renal dialysis clinic in McComb, MS. The single-story building was constructed of structural steel and metal framing along with an EIFS exterior and brick wainscot. The single pitch TPO roof has a parapet wall on three sides to conceal the rooftop mechanical units. The interior consists of 12 dialysis stations with an additional separation room, 4 home dialysis training rooms, and a host of other supporting offices and exam rooms. Significant site improvements were made to the existing property to result in a first-class facility that will add value to the growing community for years to come.
